The Hollywood Vampires is an American rock supergroup that was formed in 2015 by legendary rocker Alice Cooper, distinguished Hollywood Actor Johnny Depp and renowned guitarist, songwriter and performer Joe Perry to honour the music of the classic rock stars of the 1970s. The band, Hollywood Vampires, took their name from a celebrity drinking club that was formed back in the 1970s by Alice Cooper. The club included such illustrious names as John Lennon, Ringo Starr, Keith Moon and Micky Dolenz.

Today the the Hollywood Vampires can be seen on tour with additional members including Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum, Robert DeLeo and Slash.

Any fan of Johnny Depp will know that music is close to his heart. In 2015, together with Alice Cooper and Joe Perry (Aerosmith), Johnny Depp formed the Hollywood Vampires, an American rock supergroup dedicated to honouring the music of the rock stars who died from excess in the 1970s.

The name Hollywood Vampires was inspired by a celebrity drinking club formed by Alice Copper in the 1970s which included but was not limited to John Lennon and Ringo Starr (The Beatles), Keith Moon (The Who) and Micky Dolenz (The Monkees). Touring members have included Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum (Guns 'N Roses) as well as Robert Deleo (Stone Temple Pilots).
