Nightmare Beore Christmas Operation
The game of Operation has always been a fun family favorite. Now that the patient is a certain Oogie Boogie, the fun has entered a whole new dimension in this Nightmare Before Christmas Operation game. You are no longer looking for the ordinary objects lurking inside the hapless patient in the original game of Operation. Oogie Boogie has some questionable nasties lurking inside his body at the best of times. Now he has some Funatomy parts that need to be removed. Armed with a pair of tweezers and no medical training, it’s all down to you. It’s going to be such fun!
12 Funatomy Parts
There are a total of 12 spine-tingling ‘Funatomy’ parts infesting Oogie Boogie and you are the resident surgeon in charge of this Nightmare Before Christmas Operation. Keep your wits and your nerve as you excavate his twisted torso to discover the hidden nasties that lurk beneath the burlap.
Find the deck of cards in his ‘Club Foot’ and the set of keys that will loosen up his ‘Lock Jaw’. Keep your ‘Fingers Crossed’ as the cards reveal which nocturnal nasty needs removing next. This oozie, ookie, Oogie Boogie is known to suffer a ‘Dizzy Spell’ or two. He’s not been the same since he threw his back out during a lively performance of the Monster Mash last Halloween.
Operation Oogie Boogie
When you draw a ‘Doctor Card’ it is your turn to find out what part of his ailing anatomy you are going to aim for next. Keep a steady hand on those tweezers! If you touch the edges of his skin (burlap sack) you may unleash the wrath of the Oogie Boogie. His eyes and mouth will flash a zombie green color and who knows what will happen next. We hear he can be a difficult patient.
It’s time for a Nightmare Before Christmas Operation. You and the other players are doctors and your patient is Oogie Boogie. He is prepped and ready for his procedure. You have a stack of cards to help you through this operation and you will get paid. He doesn’t have insurance, big surprise, but he does have a lot of cash. Oogie Boogie’s money looks pretty cool too.
Your mission is to remove all the Funatomy parts from his body before you can collect your fee. Make sure you don’t get gazzumped by a fellow doctor with a Specialist card, they might double-down and steal your dough. The parts you are going to have to remove from Oogie Boogie consist of: a snake, spider, dice, worms needle and thread, roulette wheel, card deck, keys, bones, scorpion, a bat and a bug. Keep your head and don’t lose your lunch.
Fans of Nightmare Before Christmas are going to have great fun playing this twist on an established game of Operation. This Nightmare Before Christmas Operation game is a great game for Halloween, Christmas, birthdays, or any day you fancy operating without the need for a license.
Your patient is Oogie Boogie. He has the usual nasties inside him and 12 more that need to be removed. If you touch his sides with the tweezers Oogies eyes and mouth flash and you will hear him speak. Any self respecting surgeon would need paying big bucks to work on a patient like Oogie Boogie so you will be glad to hear you can win Oogie Boogie dollars. Good luck taking that to the bank. Same old Oogie.

This game is aimed at players who are 10 years and over. A typical game duration is 45 minutes. This game was designed by Andrew Parks and Zev Sclasinger.
The Nightmare Before Christmas Trading Card Game is an interactive, fast-playing trading card game featuring the characters and places within the Nightmare Before Christmas movie. Much like Jack dreamed of owning Christmas, the players have 12 days in the lead up to Christmas to create their own, individual scary version of Christmas in Halloween Town. The game is packed with locales and surprises to keep the sense of suspense and action exciting througout the game. When the 12 days are up and Christmas arrives, the person with the scariest town is the winner.
How to create your Halloween Town
During the 12 rounds of the game, which represent the 12 day countdown to Christmas, each player plays CHARACTERS below his LOCALE in order to make his Halloween Town the most scary and to activate his LOCALES so he can use their FUNCTIONS.
The FUNCTIONS of the LOCALES allow players to draw cards into their hands, add PUMPKIN POINTS and move their characters around Halloween Town.
Each character has a SCARE NUMBER in the upper left corner of their card that determines how scary that character is, and how many SCARE POINTS the character is worth at the end of the game. Characters also use their SCARE NUMBERS to activate the LOCALES they visit in Halloweentown.
Players also play CREATIONS to rack up lots of SCARE POINTS and play SURPRISES to challenge their opponents
and engage in various other fun activities. At the end of the 12 days (12 rounds) whoever has the most scare points in their Halloween Town is the undisputed Pumpkin King of Christmas. That is, they win.
